Returns, Exchanges & The "Neighborly" Deal
The Short Version
Because we use Print-on-Demand (POD), every shirt is custom-printed just for you. Generally, we can't offer returns simply for "change of mind."
The "Local Neighbor" Exception
However, I live right here in Boulder Creek. I keep a very small inventory of shirts on hand.
- Need a swap? Send me an email at david@stumptownsupply.com. If I have your size in my local stash, I'm happy to meet up in town to swap it.
- No stash? I can't officially exchange it, but reach out anyway. I want you to be happy wearing these around the Valley.
Defects
If the printer messed up (bad print, hole, wrong item), let me know within 21 days of delivery. Send a photo, and I will get a replacement sent to you free of charge.
